Raising Readers is currently offering literacy programs in Toronto schools.
The Lunchtime Story Club is offered to children in grades one and two and is a weekly opportunity for students to listen to stories and try a related craft, writing or drawing response. Our aim for the lunchtime club is to engage the emergent reader with literature through art, drama, writing and discussion.
The Lunchtime Story Club is available at:
- Withrow Avenue Public School
- Earl Beatty Public School
- Pape Ave Public School
